Bring your current project to share with the group, mingle with like-minded makers, swap patterns, ideas, and tips, and make new friends. Needle workers of all skill levels are invited to join the group.

If you are new to knitting, we have selected 2 beginner projects, a hat, and a cowl, and we can help you get started!

Call or stop in for info on the projects and a supply list – yarn and needles, that can be purchased locally at Joann’s, Michael’s or Walmart.

Amsterdam Reads Kick Off Activity for Winter Sisters by Robin Oliveira will be Sunday, January 27, 2019, at 2 PM ( Snow date is February 10 at 2 PM). Bob Cudmore will the MC and meteorologist Patrick Naple from SUNY Albany will speak on the blizzard. (In the winter of 1879, a deadly blizzard engulfs Albany, NY. A doctor sets out to find two missing girls whose parents have died in the storm.)
